Federation of the Estonian Universities UNIVERSITAS was founded 3rd of April 1990 by five Estonian university’s unions.
UNIVERSITAS unites unions residing in Estonian universities, research and development institutes.
UNIVERSITAS is founded to represent and defend its members work, service and occupation related, economic, social, education . . . . . . and communal interests and rights.
The work of UNIVERSITAS is organized by the general assembly and board of directors. The general assembly confirms the objectives and directions for action and authorizes the board of directors to act based on the accepted plans and decisions.
